DIY Product Deposit & Balance Payment

This payment page is used for payments related to our physical DIY craft product orders.

Customers use this page for both the initial deposit and the remaining balance after selecting products during our live shopping session.

How Our Ordering Process Works

1. Initial Deposit – $50

Before joining our live product selection session, customers pay a $50 deposit.

The $50 deposit is applied toward the customer's final purchase of physical DIY craft products.

2. Select Products During Our Live Session

During our live shopping sessions, customers can choose from a large and continuously changing selection of physical DIY craft products.

Our selection may include:

• Beads

• Charms

• Pendants

• DIY craft kits

• Jewelry-making supplies

• Craft accessories

• Handmade craft components

• Other physical DIY craft supplies

We offer thousands of different styles and products. Because our inventory and product selection change frequently, it is not practical to list every available item individually on this payment page.

The exact products, styles, quantities, and prices are shown and confirmed during the live product selection process.

3. Confirm Your Order

After the customer finishes selecting products during the live session, we confirm:

• Selected products

• Quantities

• Individual prices

• Total product amount

• $50 deposit already paid

• Remaining balance

The customer will be informed of the final order amount before paying the remaining balance.

4. Pay the Remaining Balance

The same payment page is used to pay the remaining balance.

The remaining balance is calculated as:

Total Product Amount − $50 Deposit = Remaining Balance

For example:

Total selected products: $180
Deposit already paid: $50
Remaining balance: $130

The customer will pay the remaining $130 through this payment page.

5. Physical Product Shipment

After the required payment has been completed, we prepare and ship the selected physical DIY products to the customer's confirmed shipping address.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

About Our Products

We sell physical DIY craft products and craft supplies.

Our products may include beads, charms, pendants, DIY kits, jewelry-making supplies, craft accessories, handmade craft components, and other physical DIY materials.

The exact products available for selection vary depending on our live session and current inventory.

Customers are shown and informed of the selected products and prices before the final balance is paid.

The products purchased through this payment process are physical goods that will be shipped to the customer.

Payment Rules

This page supports two types of payments:

Initial Deposit: $50 before the live product selection.

Remaining Balance: The exact amount confirmed after the customer completes product selection.

For the remaining balance, customers should pay only the amount confirmed by our customer service team.

The $50 deposit is applied toward the customer's final physical DIY product order.

This payment is not for a membership, subscription, online course, digital product, financial product, investment, gift card, prepaid card, or general-purpose cash balance.

Shipping

Physical products will be shipped after the customer's product selection has been confirmed and the required payment has been completed.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address confirmed by the customer.

For U.S. orders with a final product total of $50 or more, standard shipping is free.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–14 days after shipment.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Because product selection is completed during our live shopping session, customers should carefully confirm their selected products and quantities before paying the remaining balance.

Any cancellation, return, or refund request will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

$50 Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

During our TikTok LIVE sales, customers may select and reserve items by paying a $50 deposit for each order.

Once the customer selects an item and the $50 deposit is paid, we confirm the selected items with our supplier/owner and arrange the items specifically for that customer. Therefore, the $50 deposit is non-refundable after the items have been selected and confirmed.

The deposit will be credited toward the customer's final order total and is not an additional charge. After the TikTok LIVE ends, we will calculate the total cost of the selected items and send the customer the final order amount via WhatsApp. The customer will then pay the remaining balance, after deducting the $50 deposit already paid.

By paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the deposit is non-refundable once the selected items have been confirmed.

Example:
If the final order total is $350 and the customer has already paid a $50 deposit, the remaining balance due will be $300.
